I just got home from a week of researching cheap Portland wedding venues, and what an amazing city! I fell in love with the 60-70 degree weather (in June!), the accessibility of downtown, the charming shops and colorful buildings. The people were kind, and there was so much to do and see. This is a great city to marry in. Without further ado, here are 10 of my favorite cheap Portland wedding venues that give you the most bang for your buck! See one I missed? Dylan Howell Elopements

Skip the venue, hire a pro photographer liked Dylan, and pick of many beautiful spots Portland has to offer. Marry with up to 10 of your close friends and family present for approximately $2400.

The LaurelHurst Club

Portland, OR 97214

For $2,000 or less, you can rent this historic and picturesque ballroom and lawn. It includes 5,300 sq. ft. of indoor space and more than a one-third acre of lawn and gardens.

Canby Wedding Chapel

This little white wedding chapel is irresistible. For $2500 and less, this ultra affordable Portland wedding venue package includes indoor ceremony and outdoor reception, use of the chapel for 10 hours, and tables & chairs for up to 125 guests.

Abernethy Center

Old Laurelhurst Church

For less than $1000, you can rent this stunning Spanish Colonial Revival-style church. Built in 1923, the Old Laurelhurst Church has round-arched openings, wrought-iron balconies and 11 magnificent cathedral-quality stained glass windows. It’s a nondenominational Christian church, and they seek to be of service to the community.

Voodoo Doughnut

Hoyt Arboretum

Weddings on the Redwood Deck are just $215 for a full day. What a steal in this gorgeous setting nestled amongst redwoods and sequoias. This natural wood deck offers a serene getaway for intimate gatherings. General permitting for weddings opens at the beginning of the year and are accepted online, by phone, as well as in-person.

The Old Church (TOC Concert Hall)


For $1800, you can host your ceremony and reception at The Old Church (TOC Concert Hall). Located in the West End cultural district of downtown Portland, this venue is perfect for a vintage chic wedding. This 1882 Victorian-era jewel offers cathedral ceilings, dramatic chandeliers, and stunning stained-glass windows.

Leach Gardens

The Alberta Abbey

In early 2012, the building known since the late 1920’s as the historic 1920s Mallory Avenue Baptist Church building was given new life in 2012 and renamed Alberta Abbey as a performance and event center.
